As if being a Friend of Lou wasn’t fame enough, the good people of Louisville Public Media and Ben Sollee’s Tour have put together a little sumpin’-sumpin’ to give one lucky Friend of Lou the opportunity to meet and introduce Ben Sollee at this concert.

I have had numerous outdoor concert experiences in Louisville. Forecastle on the Belvedere a couple years ago with the Avett Brothers stands out as one of my all time best memories. It was a perfect send off for a friend moving from Louisville to LA. That night was a reminded to her and all of us that Louisville has what every other city in the nation has and a lot more.

Favorite outdoor concert event was when the Louisville Leopard Percussionist kids played with MMJ at Waterfront Park.
