Louisville Puts You in the Big Picture
Home-made videos about Possibility City? Shoot!
Louisville is rich with attractions, from the Ali Center to one of the nation’s finest urban park systems. Now there’s a place where people from Louisville or beyond can share their favorite attractions online.
It’s called the Share Louisville Project, and it’s a Web site where people can upload their own videos about Louisville.
Click here to visit the site.
Not only will you find loads of places you probably already love, but you’ll find some new ones you might not have even thought of as attractions, like the creek at Big Rock or a cool, quirky video featuring many of our local eateries.
Better yet, there’s a even a nifty “Share” function so you can send videos to friends. You can even send the video of the adorable dog in the cycling helmet. . . .
I too would like to make a movie
If you or someone you know has a hankering (or better yet, a video camera) to make a short movie about Louisville, you can click here to get the down-low on on the upload. There are giveaways and prizes, so think of it as two-way holiday gift between you and Possibility Citizens.
(The “Er . . . I’m not quite sure how this Internet stuff works” subsection)
Some of this Hyper-click-Web-site-business can get a bit confusing. So if you have questions or comments that we can answer, please post a comment below this blog post. We have a staff of men and women with pocket protectors and subscriptions to PC World just waiting to help you out.
