2011: Louisville’s Got Your Number

Louisville Gets Its 50th Mayor
It’s the first week of the new year and there’s already a lot happening in Possibility City.

The biggest deal, of course, is the inauguration of Louisville’s new mayor, Greg Fischer.

The Power of One
At the Inauguration Mayor Fischer spoke meaningfully about what lies ahead for this great city. He talked about the Power of One, and what this city is possible of making happen when we come together. Having run on a positive message of possibility and diversity, the mayor’s speech re-echoed the sentiment that we are “One City, One Community, and One Family” — that we’re all joined in a common desire for unity, and that unity will bring us opportunity and growth.

One-Hundred-and-Thirty-Six Seconds of Possibility
Here’s a video about the incredible forces we can look at harnessing in the future. It embraces the breadth of our neighborhoods; the richness of our many cultures, lifestyles, and values; our ability to be accommodating, entrepreneurial, and competitive all at once; and above all, our irrepressible spirit of possibility, accessibility, and can-do-it-iveness. Once you’ve seen it, post it to Facebook, forward it to a friend, or just watch it until your heart can’t swell any further.

Second City, Meet Possibility City . . .
The Second City, one of the world’s most celebrated comedy troupes, uses its signature talents to tailor a Louisville-centric revue exclusively for Actors Theatre — complete with riffs on big hats and hot browns, bluegrass and bourbon. The show, It Takes a ‘Ville!, runs from January 4 to February 6, but tonight they have a special guest . . . Mayor Fischer.

looking for generic viagra? buy discount viagra online It is normal for a man to have five to six erections during sleep, especially during rapid eye movement (REM). Their absence may indicate a problem with nerve function or blood supply in the penis. There are two methods for measuring changes in penile rigidity and circumference during nocturnal erection: snap gauge and strain gauge. A significant proportion of men who have no sexual dysfunction nonetheless do not have regular nocturnal erections. Thus presence of NPT tends to signify physically functional systems, but absence of NPT may be ambiguous and not rule out either cause. Diseases (e.g., diabetes, kidney disease, alcoholism, atherosclerosis) account for as many as 70% of chronic ED cases and psychological factors (e.g., stress, anxiety, depression) may account for 1020% of cases. Between 35 and 50% of men with diabetes experience ED. Q. Does the VED have any advantages?
