August 3rd, 2012 by admin | Click here and tell us how you really feel.

What’s Twice as Much Fun as a Marathon? A Half Marathon!
Join us on August 2, 4:30 until 6:30, for the launch of the official training program for our November 3 Half Marathon.

Where Louisville’s Most Athletic Toes Hang Out
We’ll be meeting on the Belvedere, and you’ll be able to register for both the Louisville Sports Commission Half Marathon and the Louisville Pure Tap 5K. But better than that, you’ll also be able to get loads of great advice from local experts on how to train:

Learn from running experts, ask questions, and even have a free fitting to make sure you’re wearing the right running shoes. Oh, and there’ll also be pedometer giveaways, tech training shirt giveaways, and a drawing for a race registration.

You don’t have to be in shorts and running shoes to see how much there is to discover in Possibility City. Heck, you don’t even have to leave your living room or office. . . .

Dominic Panico, a film student at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, recently took his camera with him as he strolled around downtown and put together this gorgeous video. Reality: While small amounts of alcohol can lower your inhibitions, heavy drinking can depress your central nervous system and lead to vascular problems, actually increasing your risk for erectile dysfunction. Both partners and men with ED need to try to remember that ED is most often a treatable physical condition. The first step to treatment, however, is trust and a willingness on the part of both partners to discuss the situation with each other, and with a physician. Diabetes increases the risk of erectile dysfunction by two to three times compared to not having the disease. ED is seen as an early symptom of diabetes. Tens of millions of men worldwide have benefited from oral ED medications such as sildenafil (Viagra), vardenafil (Levitra), and tadalafil (Cialis). However, these medications which belong to a class of drugs called phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors have limitations. They can cause systemic side effects that can be serious. These side effects include headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, upset stomach, abnormal vision as well as isolated reports of hearing and vision loss. Men who've recently suffered a heart attack or stroke or have severe heart disease should use these drugs with caution or not at all. In addition, "an estimated 30 to 50 percent of men with ED do not respond to oral use of PDE5 inhibitors," says senior author Kelvin P. Davies, Ph.D., associate professor of urology at Einstein. Erectile dysfunction seems to have become the proverbial canary in a coalmine, especially for older men. That's because it can be caused by any combination of various health problems that strike men later in life. Here you can buy cialis without prescription cialis professional 20mg
