The International Association of Assessing Officers chose Louisville as the place to celebrate 75 years of excellence in mass appraisal and property tax policy and administration. Founded in 1934, this nonprofit, educational, and research organization of government assessment officials and property tax professionals boasts more than 8,000 members worldwide—2,000 of whom are gathering at the Galt House Hotel and Suites this Sunday through Wednesday (September 13 – 16) to mark their diamond anniversary with the theme, “Win, Place and Grow with IAAO!” Please join us in extending them a Possibility City welcome with all best wishes for the next 75 years!
