John T. Edge is Singing Louisville’s Praises Again

Oh how I do love John T. Edge. While I don’t love him just because he loves Louisville so much it really is a perk. This time it’s over at the New York Times Diner’s Journal Blog that he’s talking about a few of the culinary delights Louisville has to offer.

I’ll send you over to the Times site to read about his favorites but I will share this with you:

I’m a big fan of Louisville. In fact, I think it’s one of our country’s under-appreciated culinary jewels.

Good golly he’s a smart man.
